In 2016, two Leipzig-based companies previously acquired by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, INTER-FORUM and Syntela, merged to form DAVASO. DAVASO is a market leader of outsourced claims pre-processing services to Statutory Healthcare Insurance (SHI) companies in Germany. The company’s services include: i) invoice audit and billing preparation, ii) data collection and preparation for the Disease Management Programme, iii) archiving services, fiduciary account and payment handling services and iv) software services. Today, DAVASO has approximately 1,400 employees.
