Tequila Bone is Managing Director, Capital Formation, Bregal Unternehmerkapital, partnering with Bregal’s Capital Formation team to help manage and build relationships with investors.  Tequila joined Bregal Investments from Astorg’s Investor Relations team, where she led coverage of European Limited Partner relationships for their private equity funds. 

Prior to joining Astorg, Tequila spent eight years with EQT Partners, where she focused on European capital raising across buyouts, infrastructure, venture capital, real estate and credit.  She started her private equity career at Terra Firma Capital Partners in London. 

Tequila holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
