Zug, Switzerland - 8 March 2024 – The Netrics Holding AG (“Netrics” or the “Company”), a leading Swiss cloud and modern workplace provider, today announced that Frank Riemensperger, a long-standing industry expert on digital business transformation and the former DACH-CEO of Accenture, will join as Chairman of the Advisory Board. As Chairman, Mr. Riemensperger will help shape Netrics' future expansion and further strengthen the Company's position as a leading provider of digital infrastructures and services throughout the DACH region.
As a full-service provider for cloud, modern workplace, new work, security, and managed services, Netrics advises and enables more than 600 SMEs and enterprise customers to effectively implement digital business models. In recent years, the Company has become a leading facilitator for digital infrastructure of the future and now intends to intensify its growth course. Mr. Riemensperger brings several decades of experience in helping to scale digital and service companies through organic and inorganic growth. He has spent 33 years in various management positions at the global consulting and technology company Accenture, including 12 years as CEO in the DACH region. In addition, Mr. Riemensperger, who has a background in computer science, is still involved in the digital market as a consultant and investor. He was also a member of the executive committee of the IT industry association BITKOM for several years, providing him with a strong industry-wide network in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, which the Company believes will further boost Netrics' growth in the region.
The appointment of Mr. Riemensperger as Chairman of the Advisory Board marks the first step for Netrics and its majority shareholder, Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), in establishing a high-calibre industry advisory board for the Company. Further appointments are due to be announced in the coming weeks. In November 2023, funds advised by BU acquired a majority stake in Netrics and BU has been supporting the group in its development ever since.
